1. Who we are

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit the site, join the email list, buy a product or contact us. By using the site you acknowledge this policy.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us: your name and email when you join the list or download a freebie; messages you send through the contact form, email or Telegram; questionnaire answers if you buy a personal plan (these can include health information, which we use only with your explicit consent to build your plan).
• Log data: when you visit, your browser sends information such as IP address, browser version, pages visited, time and date of your visit, time on page and other statistics.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see section 4.
• Purchase data: Gumroad tells us your name, email and what you bought. We never see your full card details.

3. How and why we use it

• To run, secure and improve the site (legitimate interests).
• To send the emails you signed up for (consent; unsubscribe any time).
• To deliver products and coaching you bought and support you (contract).
• To show ads that keep the free content free (consent where required, e.g. UK/EU).
• To understand how the site is used through analytics (consent where required).
• To meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Tracking technologies we and our partners use also include beacons, tags and scripts.

Visitors in the UK, EU and other regions that require it see a consent banner and can accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

5. Service providers

We use trusted companies to run the site. They only process your data to perform tasks for us and are bound not to use it for anything else.

• Hosting (our cPanel web host) – stores the site and server logs.
• Cloudflare – content delivery, security and bot protection; processes IP addresses. Privacy policy

• Kit (ConvertKit) – email (section 7).
• Gumroad – payments and downloads (section 8).
• Telegram, X, Instagram, YouTube – if you contact or follow us there, their own policies apply.

6. Advertising (Raptive)

This Site is affiliated with CMI Marketing, Inc., d/b/a Raptive (“Raptive”) for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site, and Raptive will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes. 7. Email list (Kit)

When you join our list (for example for the free 7-Day Stamina Starter), your name, email, sign-up date and email engagement (opens and clicks) are stored with Kit (ConvertKit). We use this to send the guide, tips, new articles and occasional offers on our own books and coaching. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Kit privacy policy

8. Payments (Gumroad)

Books, plans and coaching are sold through Gumroad, which processes payment and sends your download. Gumroad acts as the seller of record for tax purposes and shares your name, email and order details with us so we can support you. Gumroad privacy policy

9. International transfers

We are based in Turkey and our providers are mainly in the United States and the EU. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, it is protected by safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as used by those providers.

10. How long we keep data

• Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then removed or anonymised within 12 months.
• Customer and order records: as long as tax law requires (usually up to 10 years).
• Coaching questionnaires: for the coaching period plus 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Contact messages: up to 24 months.

11. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the UK, EU (including Germany) or EEA you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK ICO or your German state data protection authority.

12. US privacy rights (incl. California)

Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws may request to know, access, correct or delete their personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your email address or contact details. Ad cookies set by Raptive may count as “sharing”; you can opt out using the privacy/opt-out link in the site footer or banner, or with a Global Privacy Control signal. Canada: we handle personal information in line with PIPEDA, and you may request access to or correction of your information using the same email.

13. Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, so we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including HTTPS and Cloudflare protection. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Links to other sites

Our site links to other sites. These are not operated by us, so please review their privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites or services.

15. Children

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (under 13 in the US, under 16 in the EU/UK). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
